Try to keep work/life balance. Make time for fun, hobbies, socialising, relaxation, and for your loved ones. Having the support of family and friends can be very helpful so try to keep in touch with them.

Keep active by exercising regularly.

Try to ensure you get enough sleep.

Try to eat and drink healthily. If you drink alcohol be sensible.

Become aware of what causes you stress, and make changes when possible.

Talking about your feelings instead of bottling them up can be very useful. Share problems with someone you trust, or seek professional help.

Money worries can be stressful. Can you review your budget to live within your means? Or seek advice re Debt Counselling.

Laughter is a good antidote to worry, depression and stress. Identify what makes you laugh and then make time to include these things in your life.

Try not to dwell on the negative aspects of your life. If you are worried then try to look for any possible solution.

Ask for help from others when you need it. Try to see asking for help as a strength not a weakness.

Become aware of your thoughts. Are you often being critical of yourself? Try to be less critical and more accepting of yourself.
