Self- help: Feeling Suicidal ?


Do remember there are plenty of  people who want to help:

Contact your GP, or out of hours GP service. Your GP may refer you for Counselling, to a Mental Health Worker, or for other Psychological or Psychiatric help.

You can ring the Samaritans 24 hours a day every day of the year for confidential, emotional support

Ring one of the other numerous helplines available.

Ask a friend, family member or neighbour to support you while you access further help. Or do you have a spiritual or religious support available to you?
