WHAT KIND OF PROBLEMS?

  Stress, Anxiety, Confusion,

Depression, Anger, Grief

Family, parenting or relationship issues

Lack of self-esteem or confidence

Feel you are not coping

 Sexuality or Gender issues

 Have been bullied or harassed

Been made redundant or unemployed

Been a victim of crime

Have lost someone close

Suffer from panic attacks

Have eating or sleeping problems

Have drug, alcohol or gambling dependency

Witnessed a frightening incident

Been abused: emotionally, physically or sexually

Life or Work changes or difficulties

You might have several areas to discuss, or perhaps are experiencing symptoms such as panic attacks or depression without knowing the cause.

Or maybe you don’t have any one big “issue”, but still feel distressed or dissatisfied with your life. 

Some people choose counselling not because they have problems, but to improve their quality of life.

Don’t be put off if I haven’t listed YOUR concerns. Nothing will be considered too trivial and everything will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
